• Deliver exceptional customer service and personalized styling advice
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive customer loyalty and repeat business
• Achieve individual and store sales goals
• Develop in-depth knowledge of ba&sh collections and brand values
• Support visual merchandising and maintain brand presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management and daily store operations
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently while delivering excellent customer service
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative team environment
• Maintain company standards of organization and cleanliness

• Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
• Strong sales and retail skills, including achieving goals and building client relationships
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Passion for fashion and luxury retail
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Previous experience in fashion, premium, or luxury retail is a plus
