• Confidently present products to clients with storytelling and technical detail.
• Build, maintain and develop clientele using the company CRM platform.
• Develop and maintain product and industry knowledge for showroom brands and collections.
• Organize merchandise and displays to optimize sales and minimize shrinkage.
• Support showroom hospitality guidelines and hand off clients to team members when appropriate.
• Complete administrative tasks and use required company systems, hardware, and software.
• Accept and deliver client repairs as required.

• High school diploma.
• 1 year retail sales experience.
• Excellent storytelling, client service, and selling skills.
• Passion for timepieces and/or jewelry and strong interpersonal communication.
• Computer literate (MS Office) and able to use CRM systems.
• Schedule flexibility including evenings and weekends; ability to stand for long periods and lift packages.
