The OpportunityWe are hiring an Account Executive to join our growing sales team in Greenwich, CT. This is an entry‑level role designed for motivated, competitive individuals who want to build a career in advisory sales. You’ll be on the front lines of our business generating new opportunities, engaging decision‑makers, and helping organizations rethink how they manage energy. This is a fast‑paced, in‑office environment with direct exposure to senior team members and real earning potential early in your career.
WhatYou’ll Do
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound outreach (calls, emails, Linked In)
- Connect with decision‑makers and introduce Stanwich Energy’s services
- Learn how energy markets work and how procurement strategies are structured
- Support senior advisors in developing client solutions
- Manage and track activity within CRM systems
- Build relationships and maintain consistent follow‑up with prospects
- Strong communication skills and confidence speaking with professionals
- Competitive, driven, and motivated to succeed in a sales environment
- Highly organized with strong time management skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to work full‑time in‑office in Greenwich, CT
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or related field)
No prior energy experience required. We’ll teach you the industry.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
- Uncapped Commission
