Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Director of Admissions and Enrollment, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this role was designed to uphold standards. Alpha is constructing one of the world's most ambitious educational models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enabled instruction, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks—the outcomes are measurable and verified. Afternoon schedules are structured for depth, autonomy, and practical skill development.

The model delivers results. But its success depends entirely on selecting the right families. Your role begins here.

You will direct the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning application through final enrollment. This is not a role where responsibilities are handed off. You hold accountability for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp our model, and whether enrollment decisions rest on sound reasoning. You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate informed discussions, and advise against enrollment when appropriate.

Maximum enrollment is not the objective. The objective is strategic alignment.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Directing the complete enrollment experience for prospective families, beginning with initial contact and concluding with onboarding.
  • Facilitating needs‑based discussions to assess compatibility before proposing solutions or advising on subsequent actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family relationships progressing through varied enrollment phases, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow‑up.
  • Guiding campus tours, student shadow visits, and enrollment decision meetings that articulate outcomes, expectations, and the families for whom the model is designed.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and consistent service excellence.
What You Won't Be Doing
  • Applying transactional or high‑pressure sales methods.
  • Accepting families who are poorly aligned merely to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a sizable team or working through complex approval hierarchies.
  • Distributing responsibility for the family journey across multiple staff members.
  • Operating remotely. This position is intentionally campus‑based.
Director Of Admissions And Enrollment

Key Responsibilities

Direct and implement a high‑trust, highly selective enrollment process that successfully enrolls aligned families while safeguarding the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.

Basic Requirements
  • 3+ years providing premium, individualized service in settings where service excellence directly influences brand standing (education, high‑end hospitality, executive support, exclusive membership organizations, or independently operated service businesses).
  • Proven ownership of a complete client, admissions, or enrollment process from initial engagement through onboarding completion.
  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, supported by a structured approach to tracking and prioritization.
  • Capability to furnish specific examples of consultative decision‑making, including instances where you advised against your product or service due to misalignment.
  • Professional written communication proficiency with senior executives, high‑net‑worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these locations:
    Greenwich, CT;
    Boca Raton, FL;
    Atlanta, GA; or Boston, MA.
  • Authorization to work in the United States without requiring visa sponsorship.
Nice‑to‑have Requirements
  • Experience in competitive private school admissions or selective program enrollment.
  • Background in high‑end hospitality, VIP client services, or executive support functions.
  • Experience designing or refining enrollment workflows, standard operating procedures, or service excellence frameworks.
  • Proficiency leveraging data and CRM analytics to enhance enrollment quality, not merely velocity.
Compensation and Benefits

This is a full‑time (40 hours per week), long‑term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $100 USD/hour, which equates to $200,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
