What You’ll Do:
  • Consultative Selling:
    Cultivate strong relationships with our customers by managing and growing accounts.
  • Sales Prospecting:
    Find new opportunities, win new business, and grow the territory.
  • Customer Experience Advocate:
    Collaborate with internal teams to deliver top-tier service, technical support, safe and innovative solutions to our customers.
  • Portfolio Management:
    Prioritize selling time and results to effectively manage your sales funnel and territory. Be relentless to win back lost customers.
What You’ll Need:
  • Up to 2 years of sales or customer facing experience in a similar role within the B2B sales environment and a demonstrated track record of success in building relationships and achieving sales targets.
  • Self‑directed and outcome‑focused, you take initiative, act decisively, and consistently deliver results.
  • Good listening skills and curiosity, with a passion for learning about customers’ needs, solving problems and winning business.
  • Preparation for effective sales calls, persuasive presentations, objection handling, negotiation, value demonstration, and deal closing.
  • Ability to travel overnight up to 30% annually.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
  • Willingness to travel within your assigned territory.
Where You’ll Work:
  • Home‑based role in Connecticut with regular field travel, including daily customer visits and occasional trips to Massachusetts and Upstate New York.
Pay and Benefits:
  • The salary range for this position is $69,390 - $80,000 annually with an ability to earn lucrative monthly commissions based on your contribution margin.
  • The specific salary offered may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training, certifications, qualifications, and work location.
