DARCARS Lexus of Greenwich is seeking an Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) / Internet Sales to act as the digital bridge between the dealership and customers, guiding them from home. You’ll nurture inbound prospects, perform needs analysis, and connect them with an in-store sales manager to complete the path to purchase.
You’ll respond to inquiries by phone, text, chat, or email, manage leads in our CRM, and log interactions in real time.
