* Ability to learn about our products and keep up to date with new products.
* Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as multitask.
* Assists clients with finding the best products that suit their needs.
* Provides quotes and processes orders in an accurate and timely manner.
* Proof, process, and accurately enter orders and quotes into our system.
* Accurately process sales orders generated at the counter.
* Process Cash sale returns and refund paperwork.
* Arranges for the return and credit of defective products.
* Monitor inventory to maintain appropriate product inventory levels.
* Ensure that store displays are categorized properly.
* Follow up on missing or delayed shipments.
* Balance cash registers
* Adheres to company policies, processes, and procedures.
* Maintain the cleanliness of the counter area and ensure merchandise displays remain stocked and organized.

* Education:

** High school diploma, GED, or equivalent

* Experience:

*** Knowledge of building materials products
* Minimum of 2 years of inside sales experience required.
