• Friday – Monday | 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Thursday – Sunday | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

We are currently seeking professional and customer-focused Concierge Security Officers to join our team in Greenwich. This role combines security responsibilities with a high level of customer service, making it ideal for individuals who excel in both safety and hospitality.

• Greet and assist residents, guests, and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Monitor access to the property and ensure all security protocols are followed.
• Conduct patrols of the premises to maintain a safe and secure environment.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, or unusual activity.
• Maintain accurate logs and reports of daily activities and incidents.
• Provide general concierge-style assistance as needed.

• Prior security or customer service experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations.
• Availability to work assigned shifts, including weekends and overnight hours.
• Valid guard card (preferred).
• No experience necessary; retail, food service or hospitality background is a great fit.
