Our Security Officers monitor and patrol a premier commercial real estate location, helping to support a secure and welcoming environment. In this unarmed role, you will conduct routine patrols, stay visible to help reduce security‑related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. Pay Rate: $18.13 / Hour

Job Schedule:

Day Time Mon 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM Sat 04:00 PM – 12:00 AM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with property management and/or public emergency services as needed.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout lobbies, common areas, parking areas, loading zones, and perimeter locations to help deter unauthorized activity and observe unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, visitor activity, and/or building entry procedures while reporting maintenance concerns, policy violations, and other security‑related issues to the appropriate contacts.
• Support daily operations at the location by assisting with directional inquiries, observing vendor and/or contractor activity, and maintaining a visible presence consistent with Allied Universal standards.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
