This role is to provide generalist advice and casework to people in Greenwich Borough. The successful candidate must have experience of providing generalist advice and casework.
Responsibilities- Provide face‑to‑face advice to the public and conduct casework.
- Work from the office, at outreach sessions in the Borough of Greenwich and, where appropriate, at home.
- Adhere to a flexitime policy and work well both as part of a team and independently.
- Commit to the organization’s policies, aims and objectives.
