Position: Senior Solutions Architect / Lead Full-Stack Developer (AI Compliance & Security)

Role Overview

We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Developer / Solutions Architect to lead the design, development, and technical direction of our AI compliance and security platform. This role combines hands-on engineering
, technical leadership
, and people management
. You will oversee other developers, define architectural standards, and work directly with advanced AI platforms including Azure AI Foundry, Gemini, and Amazon Bedrock
, building secure, compliant AI systems using Blazor Server and .NET
.

This is a high-impact role for a senior technologist who enjoys building, mentoring, and shaping the future of enterprise AI governance.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Leadership & Architecture
    • Own the end-to-end architecture of a secure, scalable AI compliance and security platform
    • Design and implement enterprise-grade full-stack solutions using C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor Server
    • Define best practices for application security, AI governance, and compliance-by-design
    • Lead architectural decisions across cloud, AI, data, and application layers
  • AI & Cloud Integration
    • Integrate and orchestrate AI services using Azure AI Foundry
      , Google Gemini
      , and Amazon Bedrock
    • Design secure patterns for LLM usage, prompt management, auditability, and policy enforcement
    • Implement AI risk controls including logging, monitoring, explainability, and model governance
    • Build and maintain cloud-native solutions across Azure and AWS
  • Development & Delivery
    • Develop and maintain high-performance web applications and APIs
    • Build and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices
    • Use Entity Framework and SQL/No

      SQL databases for reliable data access and persistence
    • Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance across distributed systems
    • Participate in hands-on coding, code reviews, and technical problem solving
  • Team Leadership & Collaboration
    • Lead and mentor a team of developers, setting technical direction and standards
    • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to secure coding and best practices
    • Collaborate closely with product, security, compliance, and business stakeholders
    • Help grow the engineering team through mentorship and technical leadership
Required

Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 10–15 years of professional software development experience
  • Deep expertise in C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core, and Blazor Server
  • Strong full-stack development experience (backend, frontend, APIs, data)
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and Azure cloud platforms
  • Experience integrating AI / LLM platforms into production applications
  • Strong understanding of AI security, compliance, governance, or risk concepts
  • Proficiency with Entity Framework
    , SQL databases, and data modeling
  • Experience designing RESTful APIs and distributed systems
  • Solid grasp of software architecture, design patterns, and system scalability
  • Experience with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and modern Dev Ops practices
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry, Amazon Bedrock, or Gemini
  • Familiarity with AI risk management, regulatory compliance, or cybersecurity domains
  • Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of No

    SQL databases and event-driven architectures
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
  • Contributions to open-source projects or demonstrable leadership in prior roles
