With a headquarters in Greenwich, Connecticut, this firm has over 500 employees and manages more than $150B for various institutional investors. They are seeking an additional Application Support Engineer to join their growing team where you will support various software applications throughout the business.

LocationOffice in Greenwich, CT (50 min commute from Grand Central). This is a hybrid role, with an onsite requirement 2x per week and remote 3x per week.
Required Technology and Skills- 2+ years of professional experience in Application / Production Support / SRE or similar
- Hands‑on experience with SQL and Python
- Hands‑on experience with AWS and Linux
- Strong passion for Support Engineering and a desire to grow in application support and system reliability
- Experience with log investigation and root‑cause analysis
- Experience diagnosing issues, debugging, and working across teams to resolve issues
- Strong communication skills and ability to support users via phone, email, and in‑person
- Degree in IT, Computer Science or STEM related field
- Team player
- Experience supporting financial/trading and/or mission‑critical applications
$120,000 – $140,000 base salary, plus $30,000 – $50,000 guaranteed annual cash bonus (Total cash compensation $150,000 – $190,000).
