I'm working with a leading quantitative investment firm that's looking to hire a Junior Quant Developer to join their growing team in Greenwich, CT
.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone early in their career who enjoys building things, working with data, and wants to break into quantitative finance.

• Build and maintain data pipelines used by the research team.
• Structure and prepare large datasets for quantitative research.
• Help expand the firm's equity universe, starting with the U.S. market and eventually supporting international markets.
• Work closely with experienced quantitative researchers and developers.

• New graduates with outstanding internships or candidates with up to 2 years of experience.
• Excellent academic background (top universities, strong GPA, return offers from internships are a big plus).
• Genuine interest in quantitative development and data engineering.
