** position summary:this position is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and maintaining par levels with various departments and managers.primary duties and responsibilities: includes but not limited to:
• responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the warehouse and maintaining par levels with various departments and managers  
• assists with all training, scheduling, evaluating and counseling of the distribution staff  
• responsible for all inventory including rotation, inventory adjustments and variances  
• ensures that all product meets mohegan sun’s specificationssecondary duties and responsibilities:
• assists with maintaining the overall cleanliness of the warehouse  
• ensures the pump rooms are maintained and running properlyminimum education and qualifications:
• high school diploma or equivalent  
• four years of supervisory experience in warehouse or distribution  
• previous experience using stratton warren inventory systemcompetencies:  incumbent will master the following competencies while in this position:
• excellent verbal and written communication skills  
• excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills and the ability to delegate tasks  
• basic computer knowledge in word, excel and outlook  
• knowledge of the mohegan tribal employment rights ordinance (tero) as it relates to employment training requirements:
• must attend all appropriate human resources supervisor training classes  
• must complete the serve safe training course  
• ability to navigate in stratton warren purchase software and understand where information is stored  
• knowledge of food and beverage products and warehouse operationsphysical demands and work environment:
• warehouse work environment  
• must be able to bend, stand, lift and walk for extended periods of time  
• must be able to lift up to 100 lbs.
