Job Description :
- Generate and issue accurate invoices to clients based on contractual terms.
- Monitor and manage accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of outstanding invoices.
- Collaborate with the sales team to address any billing or payment concerns from clients.
- Perform regular account reconciliations to ensure that all payments are accurately recorded and applied.
- Prepare and maintain reports on accounts receivable performance, including aging reports, collections status, and cash flow forecasts.
- Analyze and resolve discrepancies between accounts receivable and general ledger entries.
- Create and maintain complex spreadsheets to track billing and collections activities.
- Use advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP, pivot tables, macros) to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Utilize Net Suite and Salesforce to manage accounts receivable processes and maintain accurate records.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to support successful collections and customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements and automation to enhance efficiency in billing and collections.
