Job Description:
- Prepare Balance Sheet account reconciliations.
- Manage bill of receipts, project accounting tasks.
- Month-end close management including accruals and financial statement analysis.
- Dig into the weeds of financials.
- Prepare and analyze internal financial statements ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage one direct report.
- Prepare monthly journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Participate in a wide variety of special projects as needed.
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite, Oracle including strong Excel and ERP system skills.
- BIG 4 experience.
- Bachelors of Accounting.
- 5+ years of accounting experience.
- Manufacturing industry experience.
- Construction industry experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Able to communicate with professionals at all levels.
- Able to work independently and take initiative.
- Able to adapt to changing priorities.
