Expected starting base salary $65,000 to $85,000 per year.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts, ensuring every transaction is verified and posted with precision.
- Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements that reflect our company's performance.
- Monitor and manage fixed assets, ensuring depreciation schedules are up-to-date.
- Conduct regular bank and account reconciliations to guarantee accurate financial data.
- Prepare tax filings and compliance documentation to ensure we meet all regulatory requirements.
- Process accounts payable and receivable with speed and accuracy, keeping our financial operations running smoothly.
- Monitor and manage fixed assets, ensuring depreciation schedules are up-to-date.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- 3-5 years in accounting roles.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and proficiency in accounting software.
- Sharp problem-solving abilities and a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate financial information clearly.
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and deadlines with ease.
