100% onsite in Greenwood Village, CO for at least 6 months. After that initial training period, you will be able to work hybrid.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a leading company to fill their open Accounts Receivable Specialist job in Greenwood Village, CO. To qualify, you must have at least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role.

This is a DIRECT HIRE job opportunity where you will earn between $24.00 and $28.00 per hour. You will also be eligible for this company’s competitive benefits package (details below).

• Managing customer accounts
• Following up with customers on upcoming and past due payments over phone and e-mail
• Processing and applying customer payments
• Preparing statements
• Reconciling accounts
• Researching and resolving billing and payment discrepancies
• Analyzing aging reports
• Assisting with improving workflows
• All other related tasks as required

• At least 2 years of recent, relevant experience in a similar role
• Excellent attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, pivot tables, etc.) preferred
• Associate’s degree or higher in Accounting or a related field preferred

• Hourly rate between $24.00 and $28.00
