We are seeking a detail-oriented Tax Associate for a hybrid-role based in the Denver Tech Center. The Tax Associate will be responsible for preparing individual and business tax returns, ensuring compliance with federal and state tax regulations, and conducting thorough tax research. The role involves assisting with income tax implications and financial analysis, reviewing tax documents for accuracy, and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of tax laws and regulations.

You will collaborate with team members to provide exceptional service to clients.

• Proficient in Tax Preparation, Tax Compliance, and general Tax processes (1-2 years experience preferred).
• Strong knowledge of Tax Law and related regulations
• Experience with or knowledge of Finance principles
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid work environment
• Proficiency with tax software and financial tools
• CPA certification or progress toward CPA designation preferred
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required
