Pay: $65,000 - $85,000
A mission‑driven non‑profit organization in Colorado is seeking a highly organized and solutions‑oriented Service Delivery Manager to support onboarding and implementation for new partner sites. This role works closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to ensure smooth delivery, strong customer relationships, and successful go‑lives.
What You’ll Do:- Oversee onboarding and implementation for new customers.
- Build project plans, coordinate timelines, and manage on‑site setup.
- Travel to customer locations for training, go‑live support, and ongoing optimization.
- Partner closely with the Strategic Partnerships team to ensure strong relationship management.
- Ensure a seamless transition from partnership/sales handoff through post‑implementation success.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of project management experience.
- Experience in customer success and/or account management.
- Proficiency with MS Office, MS Project, and workflow/automation tools.
- Ability to travel 25–50%.
- Based in the Denver metro area.
$65,000–$85,000 per year (exact compensation depends on skills, experience, and education).
