Want to lead the charge in defining product development at Spectrum? As Senior Manager, Product Management, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of a product line. This includes ideation and creation of new products and features, managing go-to-market strategy, and monitoring performance across internal and external metrics. Sr. Director, Data Connectivity Product, you will coordinate cross‑functional teams and drive strategic efforts in a high‑impact, fast‑paced environment—directly influencing Spectrum’s Business’s product success.
HowYou Will Make an Impact
- Proactively source internal and external data, perform deep analytics when appropriate while maintaining an eye toward the bigger picture.
- Translate research and analysis into compelling presentations to boundary partners and executive leaders to communicate product strategy.
- Support the development and communication of Product Strategies dependent on new services/features to drive financial results.
- Work with engineering, product development, marketing, training and sales stakeholders on implementing strategy.
- Utilize your skillset to conceive and develop new opportunities to improve the product line and customer experience.
- Manage personal objectives and direct reports to coordinate activity to drive product results.

Required Qualifications Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or technical discipline related to telecommunications, operational or process optimization.
- 5+ years product management or development process experience.
- 5+ years in cable, telecommunications or software/online services industry.
- Product management or product development experience, preferably in cable, telecommunications, software or web services.
- Read, write, speak and understand English.
- Eagerness to learn and make an immediate impact, managing and driving change.
- Proven ability to lead large cross‑functional teams to achieve business objectives.
- Skilled at synthesizing feedback from multiple perspectives to make recommendations with strong planning, prioritization and organizational abilities.
- Capable of managing a team and handling multiple projects independently.
- Demonstrates sound judgment, initiative and drive for results under pressure.
- Analytical thinker with proficiency in data interpretation and synthesizing actionable recommendations.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with all levels of management and staff.
- Skilled with personal computers and software applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Effective cognitive and analytical skills with keen business sense and urgency to deliver results and strong organizational and office management capabilities.
- Prior experience managing teams.
- Prior experience in telecommunication connectivity products such as Dedicated Internet Access, Ethernet, or Broadband services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics or Engineering/technical discipline related to telecommunications.
- Master’s degree in business, strategy, telecom or technology fields.

The base pay for this position generally is between $ and $. The actual compensation offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location. We comply with local wage minimums and also, certain positions are eligible for additional forms of other incentive‑based compensation such as bonuses.
