Essential Duties and Responsibilities- Lead the design of systems to track, analyze and report on compliance metrics and KPIs.
- Manage and enhance compliance reporting tools, including vendor-supported systems.
- Maintain accurate compliance records, reporting logs, dashboards, and audit documentation.
- Serve as the primary subject‑matter resource on compliance metrics, dashboards, and reporting tools.
- Support implementation of new compliance technologies and process improvements.
- Provide leadership with insights and recommendations that improve program maturity and regulatory alignment.
- Conduct risk‑based audits and investigations, documenting findings and recommending corrective actions.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in analytics, healthcare, clinical, or EMS compliance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills with experience interpreting complex data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Power BI.
