Senior Field Coordinator – Hazen and Sawyer
Join Hazen and Sawyer as a Senior Field Coordinator. The role involves serving as the project facilitator between the owner and contractor, providing leadership and professionalism for the project and assigned staff, assisting in construction administration and documentation, supervising and training Field Coordinators, reporting and tracking construction activities, reviewing pay applications and construction schedules, and demonstrating computer competency with document management systems such as Pro Core, ACC Build, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities- Serve as the project facilitator between the owner and contractor.
- Provide leadership and professionalism for the project and staff assigned to it.
- Assist in construction administration and documentation.
- Provide supervision and training to Field Coordinators.
- Generate daily reporting and tracking of construction activities.
- Review pay applications and construction schedules.
- Maintain computer competency and familiarity with document management systems (Pro Core, ACC Build, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
- 3–5 years of wastewater, water treatment, and conveyance‑related inspection and construction management experience.
- Proven experience assisting with RFIs, construction‑administration documentation, field orders, claims, submittal/schedule review, and pay applications.
- Strong teamwork experience and supervisory skills.
- Certifications and materials testing experience are a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record required.
