Professional Licensed Surveyor - Project Manager

A dynamic team leader with a strong track record in surveying and project management.

• Plan, schedule, and manage survey projects to ensure timely, accurate, and on‑budget delivery.
• Review and prepare survey documents, including ALTA surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and boundary calculations.
• Mentor and guide office and field staff, providing coaching and performance feedback.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting business‑development initiatives.
• Ensure all deliverables meet regulatory standards and internal quality expectations.
• Monitor budgets, proposals, billing, and project performance.

• Licensed Land Surveyor (required).
• Bachelor’s degree in Surveying or related field.
• 6–10 years of progressive surveying experience with project oversight.
• Strong knowledge of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams effectively.
• Excellent communication skills and a client‑focused mindset.
