Dental Sterilization Technician

We are looking for a full-time Sterilization Technician to join our specialty dental practice in Greenwood Village! Monday - Friday, no nights or weekends!

The Sterilization Technician is responsible for operatory turnover and the overall function of the sterilization department across all specialty services, including Orthodontics, Oral Surgery, Periodontics, Endodontics, and Prosthodontics. This role ensures the highest standards of infection prevention, instrument processing, equipment maintenance, supply ordering, and regulatory compliance while supporting clinical efficiency and patient safety.

• Sterilization of instruments
• Operation and maintenance sterilization equipment
• Participation in OSHA audits and inspections
• Cleaning, stocking, and maintenance of dental operatories
• Supply ordering and inventory management
• Support of multiple specialties with varying workflows by taking x-rays or setting up and breaking down operatories.

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Dental Sterilization Technician or Dental Assistant experience required

• Strong attention to detail and organization
• The ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment
• The ability to work independently with accountability
• The physical ability to lift, carry, stand, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
