Our client, a leading organization in data-driven solutions, is seeking a Data Pipeline Operations Engineer to join their team.

As a Data Pipeline Operations Engineer, you will be part of the Data Engineering department supporting the data ingestion and transformation workflows.

Job Title: Data Pipeline Operations Engineer

Location: Centennial, CO (hybrid schedule)

Pay Range: $50-$57, based on experience

• Monitor and ensure timely completion of existing ETL jobs to maintain data flow integrity.
• Optimize current ETL processes for cost efficiency and performance improvements.
• Develop new ETL jobs to ingest and process additional datasets, supporting business growth.
• Investigate and resolve data quality issues, ensuring accuracy and consistency across platforms.
• Collaborate with architecture teams to standardize pipeline practices and enhance overall strategy.

• Strong proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
• Familiarity with Big Data technologies such as Hadoop, EMR, and Spark.
• Hands-on experience with AWS EMR and cloud-based data processing.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities.
