Licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)

If you've recently earned your Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license, or you're early in your career and looking for a place where you can continue learning, growing, and developing under experienced leadership, we'd love to meet you.

Key Responsibilities
  • As a Licensed Professional Land Surveyor, you'll partner with experienced team members to help deliver high-quality survey projects while continuing to develop your skills and professional judgment.
  • Assisting with the planning, coordination, and execution of survey projects from kickoff through final delivery
  • Preparing and reviewing survey documents, including boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS surveys, plats, legal descriptions, and related mapping products
  • Collaborating with field crews, technicians, engineers, and project managers to ensure accurate and timely deliverables
  • Performing survey calculations, research, and analysis to support project objectives
  • Supporting client communication and helping maintain strong professional relationships
  • Ensuring work meets regulatory requirements, professional standards, and internal quality expectations
  • Participating in occasional field activities to stay connected to project operations and gain valuable hands-on experience
Requirements
  • Active Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) license required
  • Bachelor's degree in Surveying, Geomatics, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Recently licensed, or within the last several years and looking to continue growing professionally.
  • Understanding of boundary, topographic, and construction surveying principles
  • Familiarity with survey software and industry technology (Trimble, Civil 3D, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and desire to build a long-term career within a growing organization
