Transportation Project Engineer, PE
Bolton & Menk has an exciting opportunity for a Project Engineer, PE to join our Transportation team in our Denver office. With over 75 years of experience, we provide community infrastructure solutions across the Midwest, Southeast, and beyond.
Responsibilities- Performs detailed design computations
- Performs preliminary layout, modeling and design.
- Researches and prepares rough drafts of preliminary reports and feasibility studies.
- Assists with project design and preparation of plans and specifications and prepares cost and quantity take‑off estimates.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university or closely related field
- Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.)
- 8+ years' progressive experience in the civil engineering field, including transportation and municipal infrastructure
- Experience in plan and specification development with construction contract administration
- Proficiency in ORD, AutoCAD and/or Microstation, GeoPAK Drainage, HydroCAD, P8 and GIS
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and their own transportation. Reimbursement is provided for business‑related travel.
$68,000 - $120,000 depending on years of experience and credentials
