This role acts as the critical link between divisional operations and enterprise financial standards, ensuring leadership has the visibility needed to drive success. This role reports directly to the CFO to ensure financial integrity and adherence to best practices.

Operational direction will be provided from the CarePoint Blue Sky COO and Physician President. To ensure organizational alignment, the role works in close daily coordination with the Enterprise Manager of FP&A, bridging the gap between divisional needs and corporate financial frameworks.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves as a critical strategic partner across Blue Sky Neurosciences’ diverse service lines, including emergent tele-neurology, EEG/Pediatric EEG, and Neurohospitalist/Neurointensivist programs. The individual in this role acts as a key enabler, equipping the Physician President, COO, and CFO with the visibility, standardized models, and data-driven insights necessary to steer the organization.
