Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking a Site Reliability Engineer to join their team. As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will be part of the Engineering Department supporting the Software Development and Operations teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate resilience, collaboration, and a proactive mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Site Reliability Engineer

Location: Centennial, CO (hybrid)

Pay Range: $48 to $55/hour based on experience

• Collaborate with software engineering teams to enhance system reliability, performance, and scalability.
• Design and implement monitoring and alerting systems to quickly identify and resolve customer-impacting issues.
• Provide technical guidance on existing software solutions and support teams in maintaining error budgets.
• Develop and maintain high-quality technical documentation for systems and processes.
• Participate in root cause analysis and performance improvement initiatives to strengthen system resilience.

• 1–3+ years of experience with Database Management Systems and software development.
• Proficiency in at least one major programming language and understanding of object-oriented design patterns.
• Knowledge of environments, Docker images, container runtimes, and cloud-native application development.
• Familiarity with APIs, client systems, data stores, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical work effectively to teams and leadership.
