- 2–4+ years of hands-on experience in Dev Ops, Systems, or Cloud Engineering.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Azure cloud architecture and Kubernetes/AKS administration.
- Demonstrated experience constructing pipelines with Git Hub Actions and deploying via Git Ops principles (ArgoCD or equivalent).
- Proficiency in IaC methodologies with Terraform or Open Tofu.
- Familiarity with Docker containerization and Kubernetes orchestration workflows.
- Scripting ability using Bash or Python.
- Exposure to modern monitoring and logging stacks (Grafana, Datadog, Prometheus).
- Strong problem-solving aptitude and collaborative communication skills.
- Experience contributing to internal developer platform (IDP) initiatives or developer experience (DX) tooling.
- Familiarity with legacy workloads or Azure Service Fabric transitions.
- Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio), ingress routing (Traefik), or policy engine tooling (Kyverno).
- Multi-cloud exposure (such as GCP).
- Dev Ops Engineer (2-4 years): $120,000 – $140,000/year + bonus potential
- Senior Dev Ops Engineer (5+ years): $145,000 – $165,000/year + bonus potential
