Role Overview We are seeking a skilled Dev Ops Engineer to support and optimize CI/CD pipelines, cloud infrastructure, and automation processes. This role involves working with AWS services, infrastructure automation, logging and monitoring systems, and collaborating with senior engineers to improve operational efficiency in a cloud-native environment. This position does not require on-call duties.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and Git Lab CI/CD.
* Assist with AWS infrastructure administration and troubleshooting across EKS, EC2, S3, ALB, and Route
53.
* Support infrastructure automation and configuration management using Terraform and Ansible.
* Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python and Bash.
* Monitor and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure, deployments, and application performance issues.
* Support logging, monitoring, and observability initiatives using tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Loki, and Fluent Bit.
* Document processes and collaborate with senior engineers to improve operational efficiency and reliability.

Required Qualifications
*
* Experience:

*** 2+ years of experience in Dev Ops, Cloud Infrastructure, Systems Engineering, or Platform Engineering.
* Hands-on AWS experience (EC2, IAM, VPC, S3, Route
53, ALB preferred).
* Exposure to Kubernetes, ideally EKS.
* Experience supporting CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and/or Git Lab CI/CD.
* Infrastructure as Code experience with Terraform and/or Ansible.
* Python and/or Bash scripting experience.
* Experience troubleshooting cloud infrastructure, deployments, application performance, logging, or monitoring issues.
* Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and operations teams.

Preferred Qualifications
* Hands-on EKS administration or support experience.
* Helm experience.
* Prometheus, Grafana, Alert manager.
* Logging tools such as ELK, Loki, or Fluent Bit.
* Experience supporting cloud migrations, particularly EC2 to EKS.
* AWS security fundamentals (IAM, security groups, access controls, networking).
* Exposure to cloud-native environments and containerized applications.
