We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented
Personal Injury LITIGATION Paralegal
to join
Team DCL
. The ideal candidate will have experience in personal injury litigation and possess strong analysis and problem-solving skills. This role is essential in supporting our attorneys in managing personal injury cases, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and timely. The Paralegal will work closely with clients, witnesses, and other legal professionals to facilitate the smooth progression of cases.

Responsibilities
  • Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
  • Write and file necessary court documents within stipulated deadlines.
  • Manage case files and maintain organized records for all personal injury cases.
  • Conduct legal research related to personal injury law as needed.
  • Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates on case status.
  • Prepare trial binders and assist during trial proceedings as required.
  • Provide executive administrative support to attorneys, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Litigation Paralegal.
  • Strong knowledge of personal injury case management processes and procedures.
  • Proficiency in writing, filing, and managing legal documents effectively.
  • Familiarity with Colorado personal injury law is preferred.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
  • Quality work product.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self‑motivated.
  • A degree or certification in paralegal studies or a related field is advantageous but not required.
