Property Manager

A well-established commercial property management group is seeking an experienced Commercial Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties.

This role is best suited for a Property Manager with established, independent portfolio management experience.

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience as a Commercial Property Manager
• Proven success in tenant relations, with a professional, solutions-oriented approach
• Highly personable with a demonstrated track record of top-tier customer service
• Strong financial reporting and analytical skills, including:
  • Budgeting
  • Financial reporting
  • CAM reconciliations
• Yardi experience is helpful
• This role is based in the office and requires attendance on-site each day.

• Oversee a portfolio of office and industrial properties
• Provide a hands‑on management style
• Lead, mentor, and develop the property management team
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, tenants, and vendors
• Identify operational issues, recommend solutions, and execute action plans to drive peak property performance
• Collaborate with the executive team on goals and areas for improvement
• Prepare, review, and deliver monthly financial and operational reports accurately and on time
• Negotiate RFPs and manage vendor contracts to ensure quality service and competitive pricing
• Perform annual CAM reconciliations and re‑forecasts as required
