Choice Hospice, Inc. is seeking a Hospice Field Registered Nurse (RN) PRN based in Greenwood Village, CO. The RN will deliver patient-centered care in home and other settings, coordinating care plans with interdisciplinary team to support comfort and dignity at the end of life.
Responsibilities include comprehensive assessments, developing and updating plans of care, educating patients and families, coordinating with the IDG, and providing on-call coverage as assigned.
