Advent Health is seeking an experienced registered nurse for field-based hospice care across Adams, Arapahoe, Jefferson, Denver, Douglas, Elbert and Elizabeth Counties in Colorado. You’ll provide compassionate home health nursing, coordinate plans of care, and support families during end-of-life processes.
The role requires RN licensure, BLS, and prior home health or hospice experience. You will work daytime shifts and participate in on-call rotations as needed.
