Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineering IV- to join their team. As a Quality Assurance Engineering IV-, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting software testing and quality improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving, which will align successfully in the organization.

What’s the Job?
  • Develop and execute automated tests to ensure software quality and performance.
  • Identify, analyze, and document bugs and issues during testing phases.
  • Collaborate with software developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects.
  • Maintain and coach team members on testing tools, processes, and best practices.
  • Contribute to continuous process improvement initiatives within the QA team.
What’s Needed?
  • Extensive experience in automation testing, utilizing tools such as Cucumber, Gherkin, or Playwright.
  • 7-10+ years of senior-level experience in quality assurance and testing.
  • Proficiency with API testing, microservices architecture, and SQL Server.
  • Experience with cross-browser testing and availability.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
