The Agency Recruiting is proud to partner with a respected Mechanical HVAC company to find experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technicians to join their growing team. This is a field service role (not stationary) involving maintenance and repair of heavy commercial HVAC systems (50+ tons) at a wide range of client sites.

• Perform service, diagnostics, and repair on large commercial HVAC equipment (50+ tons)

• Travel in a company vehicle to client sites including office buildings, hospitals, schools, hotels, warehouses, industrial facilities, and big box stores

• Respond to dispatched work orders across your assigned territory (Fort Collins or Denver area)

• Communicate clearly with clients, providing professional, friendly service and recommendations

• Complete required documentation for service and repair work

• Work independently in the field with minimal supervision

• 5+ years of hands-on service experience (not installation) on large commercial HVAC systems

• EPA 608 Certification – Universal (Level
  3) required

• Proven experience as a field technician, working from a van/truck across multiple customer sites

• Strong troubleshooting skills and mechanical aptitude

• A reliable, professional, and service-oriented demeanor

• Good job tenure – stability in previous roles is a plus

• Must be able to pass:

  • Background check

  • Regular drug screening (including marijuana)

  • Basic physical

  • Motor vehicle report with no DUIs in the past 5 years

• Valid driver's license with a clean or near-clean driving record

• Fort Collins Area:
  Serving from Longmont, CO to Cheyenne, WY

• Denver Metro Area:
  Various client sites throughout the city and surrounding suburbs

• Competitive hourly pay: $32/hr – $50/hr+ depending on experience and qualifications
