Software Engineer III

Role Overview

This role supports an internal AI Development Tools team responsible for evaluating, enabling, and operationalizing emerging AI technologies across a large enterprise engineering organization. The ideal candidate has a strong passion for AI, hands‑on experience with modern AI coding and productivity tools, and enjoys helping development teams adopt new technologies in practical, responsible ways.

You will partner closely with software engineering teams to introduce AI capabilities, consult on best‑fit use cases, and enable teams to leverage AI to improve developer productivity, code quality, and engineering workflows. This role combines hands‑on development, technical consulting, and internal enablement.

• Identify, pilot, and roll out AI tools that enhance how engineering teams build and deliver software
• Work hands‑on with AI platforms to prototype integrations, evaluate capabilities, and demonstrate real‑world use cases
• Partner with development teams to understand workflows and recommend AI‑driven solutions aligned to their needs
• Provide guidance, education, and best practices for incorporating AI tools into development processes
• Help teams adopt AI responsibly while delivering measurable productivity and quality improvements

• 5+ years of professional experience with Type Script
• 5+ years of professional experience with Python
• Hands‑on experience with and strong interest in AI development tools such as Gemini, Claude, Codex, Copilot, or similar platforms
• Strong enthusiasm for learning emerging technologies and applying them thoughtfully
• High attention to detail and ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
