Job Description

This entry‑level Software Engineer Associate position focuses on designing and implementing subsystems, contributing to technical specifications, generating innovative solutions, participating in inspections and system testing, maintaining the team’s technical development environment, working with moderate direction on complex tasks, managing multiple competing priorities, engaging in process re‑engineering, producing well‑written business and technical documentation, and following the defined systems development process.

• 0–2 years of progressive experience in software development.
• Familiarity with relational databases, including Oracle, PL/SQL, and the creation and consumption of database objects.
• Dedication to code quality, thorough unit testing, a commitment to zero escaped defects, efficiency, and comprehensive testing coverage through automation.
• Openness to and experience (preferred) with Agile/Lean development methodologies, including commitment to quality, waste elimination, continuous improvement, and active participation in scrum processes.
• Willingness to accept instruction and mentoring to expand knowledge and software maturity.

• Bachelor’s Degree required, preferably in Computer Science.
