- Ability to implement complex UI/UX designs with responsive and accessible interfaces.
- Experience with Redux and immutable state data flows is a plus.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and collaborative development practices.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a passion for high‑quality, performant code.
- Participating in the development process starting with definition, and continuing through design, build, test, release, and maintenance.
- Understanding end‑user requirements, then translating those into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
- Participating in joint design and brainstorming sessions to contribute innovative and original ideas to our products.
- Designing and developing both simple workflow and complex logic applications that effectively interact to provide a streamlined and friendly user experience.
- Collaborating with the team to identify and fix technical problems.
- Successfully delivering on‑time solutions to challenging problems.
- Provide hands‑on leadership, working closely with developers to solve technical challenges.
- Work effectively in a change‑controlled environment, adhering to best practices.
- Maintain confidentiality, especially concerning sensitive healthcare data in compliance with HIPAA and internal policies.
- 3+ years of experience in frontend development with a focus on Angular (v12+).
- Strong understanding of component‑based architecture and design patterns.
- Expertise in state management with NgRx and reactive programming.
- Skilled in creating reusable and maintainable component libraries.
- Extensive experience with RESTful services and API integration.
- Deep knowledge of client‑side validation and form management.
- Solid grasp of JSON handling and data transformation.
- Experience in Agile methodologies, including Scrum and traditional project management approaches.
- Familiarity with modeling, source control, configuration management, and testing tools.
- Healthcare IT experience is a plus, including familiarity with clinical data and workflows.
- .NET Framework (C#)
- Proficiency in modern CSS and HTML, with a strong understanding of responsive and adaptive design principles
- BS in Computer Science or equivalent experience
This position will handle highly confidential information that is protected by Federal and State HIPAA laws and company policies.

SalaryThe level at which an employee is appointed for this role will be dependent on their experience and skills. The salary will be commensurate with the level.
