Oversee meat department operations including staffing, inventory, pricing, display and department cleanliness;
Assist in meat department replenishment and inventory processes including ordering, receiving and back stock;
Maintain merchandising and sales floor standards with proper stocking, signing, displays and customer service;
Follow food safety production guidelines and ensure proper packaging, labeling and weight accuracy;
Build relationships with customers and peers to provide excellent service and uphold Harps' mission
