What you’ll do:

• Support the implementation and ongoing optimization of a cost accounting system
• Analyze product costs, inventory, and manufacturing variances
• Partner with operations to improve cost efficiency and reporting accuracy
• Assist with month-end close, including inventory and cost-related activities
• Leverage Epicor to enhance reporting, tracking, and financial insights

What you bring:

• Manufacturing accounting experience (required)
• Strong understanding of cost accounting principles and inventory processes
• Experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems)
• Analytical mindset with the ability to drive process improvements
