What you’ll do:

• Lead all accounting operations, including month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory processes within a manufacturing setting
• Analyze financial performance, providing insights to guide business decisions
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ensure accuracy and efficiency within Epicor and other financial systems

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting leader in manufacturing
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
• Hands-on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems strongly preferred)
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements
