• Lead all accounting operations, including month‑end close, financial reporting, and compliance
• Oversee cost accounting and inventory processes within a manufacturing setting

• Ensure accuracy and efficiency within Epicor and other financial systems

• Proven experience as a Controller or Senior Accounting leader in manufacturing
• Strong cost accounting and inventory management expertise
• Hands‑on experience with Epicor ERP (or similar systems strongly preferred)
• Solid leadership skills with the ability to drive process improvements
