Pay Range: $75,000 - $100,000

Our construction team is experienced in mixed‐use and multi‑family apartment construction, historic preservation, adaptive reuse, and commercial property development as well as market‑rate and affordable properties. Our team also has experience in third‑party commercial construction. We’ve won 4 Lieutenant Governor's Excellence in Affordable Housing Awards in the past 6 years and received the ABC Indiana Kentucky Excellence in Merit Construction Award in 2021 for building innovation and conquering net‑zero challenges for H38 East Apartments.

We are looking for a full‑time Construction Superintendent that has experience with coordinating, leading, and managing ground‑up multi‑family apartment home construction projects.

Training/Education/

Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of construction supervision experience.
• Must have the ability to understand, create and push a project schedule.
• Valid Driver’s License
• OSHA Trained (Certification preferred but not required)
• Forklift certification preferred
• Experience in multi‑family construction (Preferred but not required)
• The ability to coordinate and communicate with employees, managers, subcontractors, and vendors
• Ability to complete tasks in weather permitting conditions
• Experience in Procore and Microsoft Products

• Ability to monitor and report site progress, assigned tasks, logistics, and timelines
• Experience and knowledge in construction management and materials

• Drive cost‑effective project management techniques and strategies in the field
• Plan and coordinate project start‑up in conjunction with Construction Project Manager
• Conduct weekly superintendent meeting with subcontractors/vendors and record meeting minutes/agendas in Pro Core
• Maintain a daily job site log, collect and process daily reports
• Coordinate all construction activities and subcontractors
• Monitor project status and maintain appropriate building and on‑site control and on‑site representation to ensure the project is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with the contract and owner’s expectations
• Monitor and direct daily job site clean‑up activities to ensure a safe work environment at all times
• Stamp, code and process delivery tickets as they are received from shipments (Coded and approved tickets shall be delivered to the Construction Project Manager via Pro Core on a weekly basis)
• Order/requisition materials, supplies, tools, and schedule equipment rentals
• Inspect and confirm the quality, price, and correct quantities of all deliveries and their distribution on site, and sign off on packing slips
