Salary: $118,000 - $145,000 DOE + Benefits

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Hybrid Residential/Commercial Senior Estimator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing accurate and comprehensive cost estimates for both residential and commercial construction projects. Your expertise will ensure competitive pricing and contribute to the successful acquisition and completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed cost estimates for residential and commercial projects, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Analyze blueprints, specifications, and other documentation to prepare accurate estimates.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project managers to ensure estimates align with project goals.
• Evaluate subcontractor bids and negotiate pricing to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Monitor project costs and update estimates as needed to reflect changes in scope or materials.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in residential and commercial construction estimating.
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
