Salary: $110,000 - $135,000 per year

We are a Indianapolis General Contractor centered around teamwork and integrity. We handle all aspects of the construction process, including planning, estimating, value engineering, management, and safety for your construction projects.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Project Manager in the self-perform space.
• Proficient in using Procore project management software or similar tools.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically and make decisions under pressure.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
