At our Health Club, you’re not just on reception – you’re the friendly face who sets the tone for someone’s day.

• Greet guests and members like they’re old friends (even if they’re brand new)
• Keep front desk operations running smoothly — bookings, schedules, and guest queries
• Handle check-ins and check-outs with a smile and efficiency
• Send and reply to messages/emails that are clear, friendly, and on-point
• Help keep the space looking Insta-ready and safe for everyone
• Share guest feedback and contribute to ideas for continuous improvement
• Know our offers and help upsell services in a natural, helpful way

• A confident communicator and natural people-person
• Organised, dependable and calm under pressure — even on busy days
• A genuine interest in wellness, fitness and making people feel good

• You don t need tons of experience — just a positive attitude and a willingness to learn

Basic hourly rate = £12.21 plus 12.07% holiday accrual = total hourly rate of £13.68
