This hands-on role is perfect for someone who thrives in a dynamic field environment, enjoys educating others, and takes pride in enforcing safety standards across various job sites.
Key Responsibilities:- Enforce Safety Rules:
Monitor and enforce company and regulatory safety rules at various job sites. - Conduct Site Inspections:
Perform regular safety inspections and audits at field locations. - Data Collection:
Gather, record, and report safety data, incidents, and compliance metrics. - Incident Response:
Respond to safety incidents,investigate root causes, and recommend corrective actions. - Training & Communication:
Educate site personnel on safety procedures and updates. - Travel:
Frequently travel to different work sites as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional safety certifications are a plus.
- 2-5 years of experience in the safety, compliance, or related field is required.
- Strong understanding of OSHA and other relevant safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and assertively enforce rules.
- Willingness to travel regularly to various work locations.
- Valid driver's license.
